2026 CACA OYSTER ROAST! The CACA Annual Oyster Roast is Friday, December 4, 2026, at the Isle of Palms Exchange Club, at 201 Palm Blvd, Isle of Palms. The Oyster Roast will be from 6:30 until 9:30pm. The event will feature steamed oysters, low country boil, chili, plus an open bar. For those who cannot eat seafood, we will have a minimum amount of hamburgers/cheeseburgers and/or hotdogs available along with the chili. The Oyster Roast is a long-standing tradition intended for our Members, who are allowed to invite up to 3 additional guests. We limit our ticket sales to ensure every member (regular and associate) has a chance to attend. If tickets are still avialalbe after our membership has had the chance to order their tickets, then we will open up sales for members to invite additional guests and to our non-member mailing list. Tickets will be confirmed once the ticket order form AND payment is received. It is helpful for each MEMBER to fill out their OWN ticket order form. Money for members and “all invited guests” must be received before confirmation will be sent.
PRICING & TICKETS: This event is currently open to members of the Claims Association and their guests. Tickets must be purchased IN ADVANCE, as no tickets will be sold at the door. Ticket prices this year are $55 for members and $65 for guests of members (allowed 3 additional tickets)! To purchase, you need to mail in your check payable to CACA for $55 or $65/per ticket (mailing information on the attached form). You will get an email confirmation and name put on an entry list at the door OR if you are paying via VENMO/CREDIT CARD VIA THE WEBSITE, you can email the attached Ticket Order forms to cacaoysterroast@gmail.com. Once we receive your email and can match it to YOUR payment on VENMO or CC on Website), we will then send you a confirmation. If you do not get a confirmation, please contact us. Please order tickets early!

KARAOKE FUNDRAISER:
This year we are having a karaoke fundraiser to benefit Lowcountry Orphan Relief. Start practicing up on your Karaoke skills and look for more information to come on how this will work. The Karaoke DJ will also be playing music as well!
Please note there will be no collection for Toys for Tots this year AT the Oyster Roast, but we encourage you to continue to support by taking your Toys to other designated drop off locations.
